Role Overview
- Manage the daily operations of grantthorton.co.uk to meet business objectives and lead generation goals.
- Conduct regular reviews of the website and user experience across digital channels.
- Contribute to the strategic UX direction for the UK corporate website.
- Own the website development roadmap, collaborating with GTIL and development partners for continuous improvement.
- Ensure web accessibility compliance.
- Manage third-party relationships and tools.
- Develop and deliver training on the web platform and templates.
- Provide strategic advice to teams across Markets and Clients.
- Utilize technology to address business challenges and opportunities, driving commercial value.
- Review and report on search term performance.
- Present website performance metrics to stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum requirements include a university degree, relevant qualification, or substantial experience managing a corporate website, preferably B2B.
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, ideally Optimizely (EPiServer).
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage large projects.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven improvements.
- Knowledge of website personalization, UX, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
