We are working with a well-established Social Housing client who is currently looking to recruit an experienced Window Fitter to join their team on a retrofit scheme across properties in the Exeter area.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the removal and installation of uPVC windows in both tenanted and void social housing properties, ensuring work is completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents.
Requirements:
- Proven experience fitting windows in domestic properties (uPVC preferred)
- Valid CSCS Card
- Relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification (e.g., Fenestration Installation)
- Full UK Driving Licence - own vehicle required
- Social Housing experience desirable
- Professional and respectful approach when working in occupied homes
