As a market leader in the industry, we are seeking a driven professional with solid experience of managing the commercial aspects of construction projects. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the profitability and successful delivery of our projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.\\n\\n**Key Responsibilities:**\\n\\n- Partner with the Divisional Director and Project Teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery that meets company and subcontractor requirements.\\n- Conduct detailed reviews from tender through to project completion, ensuring entitlement and compliance with contract terms.\\n- Manage monthly payment applications in line with contract deadlines.\\n- Oversee the issuance, review, and approval of monthly payment certificates, coordinating closely with the Accounts team.\\n- Drive the timely finalization of accounts within contractual limits.\\n- Prepare and present monthly Cost-Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports.\\n- Assess and communicate the impact of variations, ensuring timely notice issuance as per contract.\\n- Manage subcontractor accounts, including issuing payment certificates and payless notices within agreed timeframes.\\n- Mitigate business risks by strategically placing subcontract purchase orders.\\n\\nThis role is based in our Ringwood office, with travel and overnight stays required as per project needs.\\n\\n**Qualifications and Experience:**\\n\\n- Proven experience in a senior commercial role with significant project management responsibilities.\\n- Strong contractual and commercial expertise.\\n- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, with a focus on NEC contracts.\\n- Demonstrated experience in procuring specialist packages.\\n- Valid driver's license.\\n\\n**Benefits Package:**\\n\\n- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.\\n- Group personal pension scheme.\\n- Life Assurance.\\n- Medicash scheme access.\\n- 24-hour employee assistance line.\\n\\nTo explore this exceptional opportunity, please contact Sabrina O'Donnell at The Highfield Company
