Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of multiple projects across varying timelines and scopes
- Coordinate with internal teams including technical, design, and logistics to ensure smooth project delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and partners throughout each project
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost tracking documentation
- Oversee site preparation, logistics planning, and health & safety compliance
- Identify potential risks or issues early and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability
- Ensure all work is delivered in line with the company’s creative and technical standards
- Lead internal and external project meetings and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders
- Provide leadership and support to junior team members and coordinators
