With a reputation for delivering innovative solutions to high-profile projects, we collaborate with a wide range of partners across broadcast, live events, and entertainment.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n· Lead the end-to-end management of multiple projects across varying timelines and scopes\\n\\n· Coordinate with internal teams including technical, design, and logistics to ensure smooth project delivery\\n\\n· Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and partners throughout each project\\n\\n· Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost tracking documentation\\n\\n· Oversee site preparation, logistics planning, and health & safety compliance\\n\\n· Identify potential risks or issues early and develop mitigation strategies\\n\\n· Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability\\n\\n· Ensure all work is delivered in line with the company’s creative and technical standards\\n\\n· Lead internal and external project meetings and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders\\n\\n· Provide leadership and support to junior team members and coordinators\\n\\nKey Skills and Attributes\\n\\n· Strong leadership and communication skills\\n\\n· Excellent organisational and time management abilities\\n\\n· Proven ability to manage complex, deadline-driven projects\\n\\n· Comfortable with both high-level planning and hands-on problem-solving\\n\\n· High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality\\n\\n· Ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members alike\\n\\n· Calm under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset\\n\\nRequired Experience\\n\\n· Minimum 3–5 years in a project management role within the creative, technical, events, or production industries\\n\\n· Strong working knowledge of project management tools\\n\\n· Experience managing budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables\\n\\n· Familiarity with risk assessments, method statements, and other site documentation\\n\\n· Full UK driving licence (preferred)\\n\\nWhat We Offer\\n\\n· The opportunity to lead a diverse range of exciting, high-profile projects\\n\\n· A creative, collaborative team environment with room to grow\\n\\n· Competitive salary, based on experience\\n\\n· Ongoing professional development and training\\n\\nTo apply:\\n\\nSend your CV through or call Karley at (phone number removed).\\n\\nSER-IN
