Our renowned client is currently looking to recruit an Exhibitions Producer on an initial 6 month contract, with potential for extension.\\n \\nExhibitions Producer / Exhibitions Manager\\n London\\n £30 – £40 per hour inside IR35\\n \\nOur client is seeking a creative, experienced, and highly organised Exhibitions Producer to lead the delivery of public-facing exhibitions and events.\\n This is not your average exhibitions role. You’ll work in non-traditional, dynamic public spaces — from open atriums to social learning areas — curating interdisciplinary exhibitions that spark dialogue between research, culture, and community. As part of the Culture and Community Engagement team, you will collaborate with academics, artists, students, and local partners to bring ideas to life through vibrant, accessible, and impactful programming.\\n \\nAbout the Role\\n As Exhibitions Producer, you'll be responsible for managing the full exhibition lifecycle — from concept development, design and logistics, to installation and evaluation. \\n This role is about collaboration, creativity and impact.
You'll play a vital role in making research and culture visible and accessible to wider audiences, with a strong emphasis on public engagement, inclusion, and community co-creation.\\n \\nWhat You’ll Do\\n \\nCurate and produce exhibitions and public events that align with the clients civic and cultural mission. \\nCollaborate with academic departments, artists, students, and east London communities. \\nManage project timelines, budgets, contractors, and installations from end to end.
\\nDevelop interpretive and exhibition content that is engaging, inclusive, and accessible. \\nProvide guidance for student- and academic-led exhibitions, ensuring high-quality outcomes. \\nSupport cultural programming linked to major partnerships including Trellis, East Bank, and the Community Seed Fund.
About You\\n We’re looking for a skilled producer with a strong curatorial sensibility and an ability to deliver complex projects with care and creativity.\\n Essential:\\n \\nProven experience in producing 2D/3D and multimedia exhibitions, ideally in public or non-gallery spaces. \\nExcellent project and budget management skills. \\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
\\nKnowledge of health & safety, accessibility, and best practices in exhibitions. \\nA passion for public engagement, co-creation and working with diverse communities. Desirable:\\n \\nExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
\\nComfort navigating reputational and content sensitivities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation with potential for long term and permanent positions
