A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance/Accounts Assistant to join a busy company within a varied and interesting finance role. You will be working within a fun and friendly environment within a Finance role which has the capacity to grow in the future. We are looking for highly numerate candidates with 2-3 years’ finance experience with qualifications within accountancy and finance.
Key responsibilities
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
- Recording financial transactions in accounting systems
- Reconciling bank statements with company accounts
- Supporting the monitoring of budgets and forecasting expenditure
- Accounts payable and receivable ledgers
- Load invoices to Sage
- Maintain Direct debits
- Credit cards
- Expenses
- Load supplier invoices to Sage
