A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance/Accounts Assistant to join a busy company within a varied and interesting finance role. You will be working within a fun and friendly environment within a Finance role which has the capacity to grow in the future. We are looking for highly numerate candidates with 2-3 years’ finance experience with qualifications within accountancy and finance.

Key responsibilities

  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
  • Recording financial transactions in accounting systems
  • Reconciling bank statements with company accounts
  • Supporting the monitoring of budgets and forecasting expenditure
  • Accounts payable and receivable ledgers
  • Load invoices to Sage
  • Maintain Direct debits
  • Credit cards
  • Expenses
  • Load supplier invoices to Sage
