Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

The role requires a qualified engineer (who takes pride in his /her work, has five years’ experience in similar role, can work unsupervised as well as part of a team and keen to work weekends (for overtime). We are looking for a candidate who remains calm under pressure and has a can do attitude as will be expected to handle emergency situations. Being part of a small team the successful candidate will be able to and expected to influence and shape the future of the division.\\n\\nYou will be reporting directly to the Senior Maintenance Contracts Manager.\\n\\nDuties includes\\n\\n * Carry out Preventative maintenance service visits on Mechanical Equipment as per SFG20 specification (e.g: VRV/VRF & Split Systems, HVAC Systems, Booster Pumps, Primary & Secondary Heating pumps, Pressurisation Units, small Unvented and vented water systems, Plumbing services, Waste Pumps, Trace Heating)\\n\\n * Carry out Reactive breakdowns of above services and Fault Finding when required.\\n\\n * Supervise subcontractors arranged by Kentex to ensure services completed in line with H&S requirements.\\n\\n * To complete electronic service reports / records in timely manner\\n\\n * Respond to emergency breakdown and call outs in normal hours as well as when on call\\n\\n * Be on call to respond to emergency call outs every Five weeks.

• Report any remedial action required on serviced assets and provide details for repair required.\\n\\n * Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, other contractors.\\n\\nThe ideal candidate will have:\\n\\n * Previous relevant work experience in similar role (Min 5 years)\\n\\n * City & Guild Level 2 preferably Level 3 or equivalent qualification eg: C&G 6187 & 6187-21 • Mechanical (HVAC) qualification 6189 – (Would Be an Advantage but not essential)\\n\\n * CITB Site Supervisor Safety Training qualification and valid Skill card\\n\\n * Confident oral and written skills\\n\\n * IT literate – Microsoft operating system and packages\\n\\n * Full and valid UK driving licence.\\n\\n * Must have clean criminal record
