Our client is a leading UK Safety & Environmental Consultancy (part of a major global group) in their search for a QESH Coordinator with a strong focus on quality management.
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of the role, helping to embed and enhance quality standards while supporting wider health, safety, and environmental performance across varied business units.
The Opportunity
Reporting to an Operational Director, you’ll have the scope to shape and drive integrated management systems, with a focus on maintaining and improving quality excellence. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the organisation consistently delivers to the highest standards—adding value and supporting client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance quality, safety and environmental management systems.
- Be the primary contact for IMS and quality queries, audits and certifications.
- Manage ISO 9001 certification, and support compliance with ISO 14001 & 45001.
- Promote quality best practice and continuous improvement across teams.
- Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and report to senior leadership.
- Support a culture of quality ownership, accountability, and pride in delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree-qualified in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, or related field.
- Proven experience managing IMS with a focus on quality systems (ISO 9001 essential).
- Lead Auditor qualification (or working towards) preferred.
- Strong communicator able to influence and engage at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident leading improvement initiatives.
