EA to Founder

This role is to support a Founder who is setting up a beauty company in the West End. This will be far more than a traditional EA role and you will need to be very business savvy and entrepreneurial yourself. Client Details Our client is a growing beauty company and you will be joining as a very early but key member if staff. This is an absolutely pivotal role for the Founder as the company grows. Description This is a pivotal role for the Founder. You\’ll do diary management and travel booking of course, but you will also be very, very involved in the business, drafting documents liaising with clients, being the eyes and ears if the Founder isn\’t around and keep things running smoothly. There will also be some personal work as well at times for this role. This will be a tremendously exciting role for someone really organised, business savvy and who wants to be part of a dynamic growing company. Profile You should: Have supported a Founder in supporting the setting up of a business and building that business Be entrepreneurial Be business savvy Be a top class communicator both written and spoken Understand that working in this sort of environment everything can change quickly Understand that role is 4 days a week in the officeJob Offer £50,000 – £60,000 Depending on the candidate
