FinTech RS are supporting our client, a well-known legal firm based in Aberdeen, who are looking to expand their Private Client team. Due to the expansion of their business, they are looking for Private Client Solicitors from Associate to Senior Associate level. These are full-time, permanent roles (35 hours per week) based in their Aberdeen City office. This role offers hybrid working and flexible hours if required, alongside a strong focus on work-life balance.
To be successful in these roles you must have:
- Previous experience in a Private Client Solicitor role and be qualified in Scots Law.
- Experience in all Private Client transactions such as Wills, Trusts, Executry Estates, Power of Attorney, Tax, Wealth Planning, and Asset protection.
