ACIM International is a pan-European investment and development management company based in London. With over 35 years of experience, we specialise in creating and managing high-impact property investment opportunities across residential, social housing, logistics and hospitality sectors.
This is not your typical internship. You’ll work directly with senior executives on live transactions, support the origination and structuring of deals and help create the financial models and documents that guide investment decisions. You’ll build your technical toolkit, sharpen your commercial instincts and get a genuine feel for how deals are made from end to end.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and investment modelling using Excel
- Build project appraisals, valuation models and sensitivity scenarios
- Support the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in live deals helping with due diligence, risk assessment and capital structuring
- Research markets, assets and operators to identify emerging investment opportunities
- Assist in preparing reports, investor updates and materials for capital raising
- Liaise with external advisors, agents, banks and funding partners
Who We’re Looking For
- Exceptionally analytical and detail-oriented
- Self-starting, ambitious and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable building financial models from scratch
- Clear and concise communicator both written and verbal
- Highly organised and motivated by high standards
- Passionate about real estate, finance, private equity or infrastructure
Educational Background
You may be a student or graduate in one of the following (or a related discipline): Real Estate, Finance, Economics or Business; Engineering or Construction Management; Law or Public Policy (especially with infrastructure or housing focus); Mathematics, Data Science or Physics. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and financial modelling is a strong plus. So is a desire to make things happen.
