Service care solutions are currently working alongside a well-known Law firm, based in Greater Manchester, which is seeking a Civil Litigation Barrister to join their team.\\n \\nRight candidate needs to have Personal Injury or Employers liability experience\\n\\nThis role pays a competitive salary of £60,000 annum.\\n\\nResponsibilities as a Civil Litigation Barrister:\\n\\nYou will be expected to represent claimants at trials across England and Wales and to undertake representation of the firm’s clients at CMCs/CCMCs.\\nInterim Hearings, IAHs, Stage 3 portal Hearings and other forms of advocacy in claimant PI litigation.\\nMajority of the work will be on fast-track cases, there are opportunities to be involved in multi-track litigation.About you as a Civil Litigation Barrister:\\n\\nQualified Barrister with experience in Civil Litigation.\\nExperience in Personal Injury and Employers Liability.\\nMust be able to work independently and to a high standard, prioritising workloads\\nGood attention to detail.Benefits\\n\\nHoliday Pay\\nPension scheme\\nPotential for Hybrid after probation period
