Our client is seeking an experienced Passive Passive IT Infrastructure Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis.\\n\\nJob Duties:\\n\\n * Review client Passive Infrastructure requirements and define scope of work\\n\\n * Interview client resources including IT and Facilities staff in order to define client objectives and confirm project scopes align with clients objectives\\n\\n * Identify/define project resources from all parties, i.e., clients and vendors\\n\\n * Create preliminary conceptual design and Rough Order of Magnitude Cost Estimates (ROM\\n\\n * Budgets)\\n\\n * Create resource schedules and project programmes\\n\\n * Manage project scope of work and project team resources\\n\\n * Create and manage Request for Proposals for client services\\n\\n * Ensure that all designs meet CDM legislation and all relevant standards\\n\\n * Create “For Construction” documents\\n\\n * Coordinate relocation of existing Passive Infrastructure equipment (if applicable)\\n\\n * Manage build out of Passive Infrastructure design and assist with integration as needed\\n\\n * Manage RFI’s, Change Order process, reconcile vendor contracts and approve client invoices\\n\\n * Develop close-out documentation\\n\\n * Experience in the design and construction process participating in client, architect, and contractor meetings\\n\\n * Inspect work and workmanship on site\\n\\n * Witness and commission systems\\n\\n * Check and issue O&M manual\\n\\n * Promote company in the market, taking every opportunity to identify new business potential\\n\\n * Consistently improve knowledge of Passive Infrastructure technology & developments\\n\\n * Evaluate new products and systems\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nOwnership of projects and the associated deadlines.\\n\\nFoster and maintain positive client relationships.\\n\\nFoster and maintain healthy professional relationships with industry peers.\\n\\nBeing aware of themselves and those around them and act in a safe and healthy manner.\\n\\nAdhere to the IMS Policies, Manuals and Procedures that are included in the IMS\\n\\nIdentify and report any hazards or risks.\\n\\nSkills:\\n\\nExperience leading and managing client and vendor teams\\n\\nDemonstrated skills in requirements gathering, resource organisation, task prioritisation and scheduling\\n\\nExcellent knowledge of Passive Infrastructure technology and equipment\\n\\nExperienced in Microsoft Office and capable of communicating highly technical information to nontechnical individuals\\n\\nProven track record of achieving objectives on schedule and within budget\\n\\nStrong Attention to detail\\n\\nOrganisational knowledge and understanding of processes.\\n\\nDepartmental Influence.\\n\\nInitiative for personal professional development
