CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator

This role offers the chance to work with advanced CNC technology in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will be part of the turning section, programming, setting, and operating a variety of CNC lathes, including a Lynx and a SYNERGi Premier Cell with a Fanuc robot, all within a fully temperature-controlled workshop.\\n\\nThe company is AS9100 certified, trusted to manufacture critical aerospace components and supply precision parts across industries worldwide, including:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Aerospace\\n\\n * \\n\\n Automotive / Motorsport\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oil & Gas\\n\\n * \\n\\n Medical\\n\\n * \\n\\n General Precision Engineering\\n\\nRole Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes to tight tolerances.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Working with Fanuc controls and robotic cell automation.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintaining high standards of quality in line with AS9100 requirements.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Working collaboratively within the turning team to meet production targets.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Pay: £20 – £22 per hour + overtime at 1.5x\\n\\n * \\n\\n Hours: 39 per week\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30\\n\\n * \\n\\n Friday: 07:30 – 12:30\\n\\n * \\n\\n Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays\\n\\n * \\n\\n Pension scheme\\n\\n * \\n\\n Full uniform provided\\n\\n * \\n\\n Modern, clean, temperature-controlled facility\\n\\n * \\n\\n Career progression opportunities within a growing company\\n\\nIdeal Candidate Profile:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experienced CNC Turner with strong programming, setting, and operating skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proficient with Fanuc controls (additional control knowledge an advantage).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Background in precision engineering, ideally aerospace or other high-spec sectors.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team
