A family-run business with a reputation for excellence, and due to continued growth, we’re excited to welcome a skilled Maintenance, Senioror Diagnostic/Master Technician to our workshop. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in light vehicle maintenance and repair. Ev Trained: EV Certified (preferable but not essential). Experience: Proven track record in a franchised dealership or independent garage. Reliability: Excellent time keeper with great attendance and tidy appearance. Attitude: A motivated team player who can also work independently and take initiative. License: Full driving license required. What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Maintenance Technician £32,500, Senior Technician £35,500, Master Technician £41,000 Commission Structure: Up to £700 per month potential bonus. Work-Life Balance: No Saturday shifts. Supportive Environment: Join a family-run business where youre more than just a number.
