  • Week 1: 3 days onsite with a Leeds client (Mon/Tues/Thurs)
  • Week 2: Fully remote

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Servers / 2nd-3rd Line support / Projects
  • Resolve network issues (DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs, trunking, IDS)
  • Hands-on experience with O365, Intune, and Azure
  • Working on VLAN, Trunk Ports
  • Manage routing, switching, and configure firewalls (WatchGuard or similar)
  • Handle SANs, NAS, routers, servers, wireless devices, and more
  • Configure and maintain On-Prem Exchange, DAGs, and Windows Server Farms
  • High-availability server experience – Beneficial
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure
