📍 Location: Leeds (hybrid) – 6 days per month on-site

We\’re currently recruiting for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer for an award-winning Managed IT Managed Services & Modern Workplace provider 🏆
📍 Location/Rota:
Flexible 2-week rota:
- Week 1: 3 days onsite with a Leeds client (Mon/Tues/Thurs)
- Week 2: Fully remote
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Servers / 2nd-3rd Line support / Projects
- Resolve network issues (DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs, trunking, IDS)
- Hands-on experience with O365, Intune, and Azure
- Working on VLAN, Trunk Ports
- Manage routing, switching, and configure firewalls (WatchGuard or similar)
- Handle SANs, NAS, routers, servers, wireless devices, and more
- Configure and maintain On-Prem Exchange, DAGs, and Windows Server Farms
- High-availability server experience – Beneficial
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure
