We employ over 4,500 people in the UK and are based across a number of locations with our head office being in Swindon.\\n\\nPurpose of the Role:\\n\\nIn this role, you'll join the Internal Communications team as an Editorial Consultant, helping to bring employee experiences to life through powerful storytelling. You'll be central to capturing real stories from across the business and transforming them into engaging, impactful content that strengthens connection, promotes collaboration, and enhances the culture at Zurich. From interviewing colleagues to simplifying complex messages, your content will help align employees with Zurich's strategy and values and inspire pride in the work we do.

\\n\\nAs an Editorial Consultant you will be responsible for:\\n\\nLiaising with key stakeholders to identify and draft stories that bring Zurich's strategy to life, helping to engage employees in the company's strategic direction. \\nPublishing stories across internal communications channels such as SharePoint, newsletters, and video scripts. \\nMeasuring the impact and effectiveness of published stories and using feedback to refine the approach accordingly.

\\nProactively sourcing real employee stories from across the UK business via interviews, calls, and team connections. \\nTurning conversations into compelling narratives using clear, engaging language. \\nSimplifying complex ideas into easy-to-understand content that resonates with employees.

What we require from the candidate:\\n\\nExcellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling content tailored to an internal audience.\\nExceptional attention to detail, with grammar and punctuation of the highest standard.\\nStrong stakeholder engagement and investigative skills – able to ask the right questions and uncover meaningful narratives.\\nConfident, personable, and inquisitive, with the ability to build rapport quickly.\\nComfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.\\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.\\nFamiliarity with the financial services or insurance industry is a strong advantage.Next steps\\n\\nThis client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.\\n\\nIf you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course. \\n\\nAt Zurich, we are proud of our culture.
