Responsibilities
- Develop high-detail BIM models (LOD 300–400) aligned with logistics and construction strategies
- Produce 4D animations and visual sequences to communicate construction phases and programme alignment
- Create site logistics visuals covering vehicle access, pedestrian routes, laydown areas, and exclusion zones
- Collaborate with the planning, logistics, and pre-construction teams to ensure visuals match real-world constraints and methodologies
- Maintain and optimise rendering workflows, asset libraries, and internal visualisation standards
- Translate 2D technical drawings and methodology statements into fully modelled, animated visual packages
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with Revit and 3D software such as 3ds Max, Blender, or Cinema 4D
- Strong capability in producing 4D construction sequencing animations
- Understanding of construction methodology, logistics planning, and phased site delivery
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, general arrangements, and methodology documents
- Confident in communicating complex spatial and time-based concepts through visual formats
- Additional experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Navisworks, or Synchro Pro is advantageous
- Able to manage multiple projects and work to programme deadlines
What This Role Offers
- The opportunity to shape how large-scale construction projects are visualised and communicated at planning stage
- A role within a team that values accuracy, clarity, and visual storytelling as tools for delivery success
- A pipeline of varied, high-profile projects requiring innovative approaches to logistics modelling and presentation
- Professional development in a growing digital construction function
