Bid Manager- Architecture

The design agency are seeking a bid manager to support the design teams and work closely with the partners for new business opportunities\\n\\nClient Details\\n\\nThe company are based in East London and are architects, landscape architects, planners, masterplanners, interior designers, graphic designers, illustrators\\n\\nDescription\\n\\nOversee the entire bid/tender process\\n\\nLead and coordinate bid launches, review and briefing meetings with our design teams.\\n\\nManage bid teams, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders\\n\\nMonitor and distribute tender opportunities\\n\\nCollaborate with project leads to develop clear, compelling win strategies for each bid\\n\\nManage online procurement portal\\n\\nEnsure all internal quality reviews and compliance checks\\n\\nEnsure bids submitted are compliant and commercially sound\\n\\nProfile\\n\\n* Relevant Degree or other education/training certificate.\\n\\n* Extensive experience in a bid-related role, ideally within a mid-to-large-scale architectural design studio.\\n\\n* Experience in developing bid strategies, including pricing and resource allocation.\\n\\n* Expert in bid management and creative writing for bids.\\n\\n* Experience in managing the full bid process from decision to outcome.\\n\\n* Experience in leading coordinated bid campaigns.\\n\\nJob Offer\\n\\nPermanent Offer\\n\\n45,000-£55,000\\n\\n3 days in the office\\n\\nLondon opportunity
