This business is not your typical print company. It’s doubled its sales in the last three years (even printed through Covid – not a single job lost) and built a tight-knit team who genuinely like each other. No egos, no drama – just solid work, laughter, and pride in what they do. It’s now on the hunt for a Sales Manager – though let’s be clear, this is a pure New Business Sales role, focused on Large Format and Signage, especially in the exhibition and events space. If you’re looking for a company with energy, personality, and zero corporate nonsense – read on.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Selling Large Format and Signage services
  • Mining a goldmine of data: brand new leads, lapsed clients, and everything in between.
  • Developing your own pipeline and building lasting client relationships.
  • Working closely with the team that includes Account Manager, Estimators, Designers and Production to deliver top-tier solutions.
  • Being based on-site, like the rest of us – we’re a face-to-face, sleeves-up kind of crew.

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone with fire in the belly – you might be an Account Manager ready to step up, or even someone in production with the right attitude and people skills.
  • Industry experience helps (especially in large format/signage)
  • A great character, a natural hunter, relationship-builder, and closer – no fluff, no faff.
  • Someone who gets the value of margin – commission is based on GP, so the smarter you sell, the more you earn.

What’s In It For You:

  • £base uncapped commission – commission is linked to profit, and you control the margin. You sell smart, you earn big. Previous sales hire earned £50K without breaking a sweat.
  • Supportive, down-to-earth MD who is openly proud of the entire team
  • Regular socials, a genuinely fun team, and no “battery hen” vibes
  • Zero red tape – it moves fast, everyone backs each other, and gets things done.
