Are you an experienced food manufacturing professional with strong leadership skills and a drive for excellence? We are looking for a Processing Supervisor to join our team at our busy food production facility in Dingwall.

About the Role:

As Processing Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the processing area, ensuring high standards of product quality, safety, and team performance. Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team and play a key role in delivering our production targets efficiently and effectively.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday
Continental shift pattern (please note: this includes early, back, and night shifts on a rotation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of processing operatives
  • Monitor and manage production output to meet KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance) to ensure smooth operations

  • Previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety and H&S regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
