Were looking for a Processing Supervisor to join our team at our busy food production facility in Dingwall. ?? About the Role: As Processing Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the processing area, ensuring high standards of product quality, safety, and team performance. Working closely with the Production Manager, youll lead a dedicated team and play a key role in delivering our production targets efficiently and effectively. ?? Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Continental shift pattern (please note: this includes early, back, and night shifts on a rotation) ?? Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of processing operatives Monitor and manage production output to meet KPIs Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and food safety standards Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements Liaise with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance) to ensure smooth operations ? What Were Looking For: Previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment Strong understanding of food safety and H&S regulations Excellent communication and organisational skills A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Flexibility to work rotating shifts ??
