Responsibilities include:
- Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Driver Management: Assign routes, manage schedules, and monitor performance.
- Communication: Act as the primary contact for drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to transport regulations and safety standards.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Schedule servicing, PMIs, and MOTs with VMU.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain delivery records, prepare transport documents, and generate operational reports.
- Team Supervision: Support and manage transport staff, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate training.
