Relationship Manager\\n\\nWe are working in partnership with the fantastic Great Rail Journeys looking for a full time, permanent Relationship Manager based in York who excels in building and managing relationships, engaging others and team management.\\n\\nThe successful Relationship Manager will have strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams. You will be down to earth and be instantly likeable, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders and remote teams.\\n\\nA customer-first mind-set is essential, ensuring high service standards and an outstanding customer experience.\\n\\nRelationship Manager key responsibilities include:\\n\\nBringing People Together: Organising and attending conferences, webinars, and forums to foster collaboration, learning and a feeling of โbelongingโ.
