Your experience in delivering multi-workstream initiatives, managing business process design, and transformation using SAP SuccessFactors will be essential. Work Environment: Our hybrid working model varies based on role and needs, combining office, client sites, and home working. Please note, full-time remote work is not available.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Configure SuccessFactors and develop integrations.
  • Advise clients on SAP best practices and stay updated on SuccessFactors roadmap and related HR technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work flexibly within high-performing teams, supporting both onshore and offshore delivery.
  • Ensure quality in solution delivery.
  • Contribute to business development, including RFP responses and client demos.
