We are looking for a Fire Door Inspector to join the London Division.

The Role:
- Attending client sites and inspect fire doors in line with the ‘UKAS BlueSky Certification scheme’, Government guidance and the manufacture technical installation or O&M guidance.
- Attending sites prior to the carpentry team and survey the site for access, health and safety, material storage, specifications of work accuracy against third party information.
- Quantity survey for materials required to complete the works.
- Meet with clients on site to discuss site requirements and individual client needs.
- To handover accepted inspection reports to the passive fire projects manager.
The Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a like for like or similar role.
- Must have a good understanding of third-party accreditation requirements in this field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of passive fire door systems and products such as Flamebreak, Premdor and Vicaima.
- Knowledge of the 2021 Fire Safety Act, Approved document B, BS 476-22 and BS 8214.
