The Opportunity
As a Power Platform Developer, you'll play a hands-on role in building secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. From creating user-centric business apps to supporting wider platform strategy and best practices, you’ll be involved in every stage of the development lifecycle.
You’ll work closely with a talented cross-functional team, contribute to agile delivery practices, and help shape the organisation’s low-code/no-code future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate apps with Azure and other enterprise systems
- Maintain platform governance, monitor performance, and drive improvements
- Coach and mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and upskilling
- Champion agile delivery – take part in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and code reviews
- Contribute to DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and version control
- Support the growth of citizen development and help define low-code strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Practical experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365
- Ability to translate business needs into maintainable technical solutions
- Comfortable working in agile, collaborative environments
- Familiar with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, etc.
- A natural mentor – happy to support junior team members
Desirable Extras
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform technologies
- Experience working with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, or other cloud services
- Some experience with C# or JavaScript (for custom connectors or plugins)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Forms
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
