We're on the lookout for a M365 Trainer to join a driven team who partner with multiple Non-Profits and entities to drive them forward from a technical standpoint. With a focus on CoPilot, Azure Services and Power Platform, to empower multiple audiences via tailored learning experiences.
Daily Tasks:
- Design and deliver engaging training content and workshops tailored to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., NGOs, nonprofits, global organizations) to assess learning needs and deliver impactful skilling programs.
- Monitor learner engagement, gather feedback, and refine training offerings accordingly.
- Stay current with evolving digital tools and integrate new capabilities into learning plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for digital transformation through upskilling initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, productivity suites, and low-code/no-code tools.
- Ability to design and deliver training for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, French, or Dutch are a plus.
