What you will be doing as an Executive Search Consultant:
- Managing your own business within our business, specialising in various industries globally.
- Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
- Managing and building client and candidate relationships and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
- Working towards targets with KPI’s and developing your own clients from scratch.
