About the Role: Are you an experienced electrical supervisor ready for a new challenge? Join an established Client Side company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified electrical supervisor with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role is 80 percent hands off & 20 percent hands on but still requires the candidate to be technically strong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
- Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date
- Computer literate
- Client facing skills to communicate with the client
Package & Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £52,000
- Private medical insurance (Including Dental, Optical & Audio)
- Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Overtime Available
- No Call-out
Requirements:
- Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum)
- Previous experience as a lead or supervisor
- 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
- Proven track record in commercial environments
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
