Location / Shift: Remote, Morning Shift

Job Description: As a Data and Technical Marketing Specialist, you are required to perform your duties in accordance with our Code of Conduct, various policies, procedures, and this job description which may change from time to time in consultation with you.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation and Strategy
  • HubSpot Management: Design and maintain HubSpot dashboards, email campaigns, templates, collateral, and social post scheduling.
  • Digital Advertising: Manage Google Adwords campaigns and budgets to maximise ROI.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and maintain company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, including content planning and scheduling.
  • Website Management: Create and manage WordPress campaign landing pages and ensure seamless integrations with other platforms.
  • SEO and SEM: Utilise SEMRush to manage the keyword library and conduct analysis to improve search rankings.
  • Campaign Analytics: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
Duties:
  • Design and manage HubSpot assets, including dashboards, email templates, and marketing collateral.
  • Plan and execute paid search campaigns on Google Adwords, ensuring budget efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Integrate Google Analytics across different platforms (WordPress, HubSpot).
  • Coordinate social media strategies, maintaining a consistent posting schedule across platforms.
  • Develop and manage WordPress landing pages, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and integrations.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis using SEMRush to enhance SEO efforts.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, implementing data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align technical marketing activities with overarching marketing and sales goals.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple platforms and projects.
  • Technical proficiency in managing marketing tools and integrations.
  • Relevant certifications in any of these platforms are highly desirable.
  • 3+ years in a technical marketing or similar role, with a strong focus on HubSpot, digital advertising, and SEO.
