About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Procurement Governance & Excellence team. This role supports Procurement & Supply Chain operations through system and portal administration, user training, and data management. The ideal candidate will bring a background in procurement or supply chain, with a keen interest in IT systems and databases. You’ll be analytical, highly attentive to detail, and confident supporting end-to-end process reviews and training users on system use.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the administrative point of contact for external and internal portals (e.g. SupplyOn, C-folders, Engineering Standards, Intranet, and SharePoint).
- Support onboarding of suppliers to SupplyOn and help extend system functionalities in line with business needs.
- Coordinate and process application requests for access to the Client Supplier Portal and its associated tools.
- Organise and deliver training to both internal staff and suppliers on system functionality.
- Assist with SAP system upgrades, functionality and role profile testing.
- Maintain and update portal user guides and training documentation.
- Review and revise P&SC User Guides (UK and cross-geo) stored in SharePoint.
- Act as the UK Point of Contact for SAP master data maintenance (Vendor Master, Customer Master, Partner Functions, etc.).
