ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider whose end client is in the Mobile Telecoms sector. We are assisting them with the search for a Product Owner/Business Analyst on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure understanding and successful delivery
- Support the implementation of ServiceNow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
