As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for general query management while also assisting with the account opening process for clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team and to have a genuine impact on the processes and systems put in place.

  • Assisting clients with day-to-day involvement in various aspects of the client journey and assisting with the account opening process
  • Responsible for providing a best in class service to new and existing clients
  • Respond to client queries within agreed SLAs, to ensure monthly targets are met
  • Build internal and external relationships to help drive client efficiency
  • Actively identify opportunities for clients to support their servicing needs
  • Identify system and process improvements and raise these for consideration
  • Build in-depth knowledge of various business
