Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Updating and managing CMMS data (component details, stock takes, inventory management)
  • Daily updates of planning and scheduling board
  • Processing initial contact forms and colleague RTW documentation
  • Inputting holiday requests and related data
  • Maintain and update Time Management Systems
  • General administration including replying to emails, creating spreadsheets, presentations, contacting suppliers/OEM/Contractors
  • Maintaining H&S and compliance with all company workplace safety standards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • General administration experience
  • Confident using CAD (AutoCAD or similar) software for technical drawings and document updates
  • Knowledge of engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing process is beneficial but not essential
