Overview: Lloyd Recruitment is currently partnering with a client seeking a Senior Media Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate should have prior experience in sales (preferably in publishing or a related field). A keen interest in renewable energy and water resources management, as well as a friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, particularly with international clients, and an aptitude for building business relationships are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell display and classified advertisements in the printed bi-monthly publication. Sell advertisements, industry guide logos, and other promotional options on the website. Promote and sell exhibition stands and sponsorships for the company's international events. Oversee a small team to ensure effective execution of all above activities.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies for business development. Increase the client base by conducting research, attending face-to-face meetings, and nurturing relationships.
- Client and Team Management: Oversee the communication system (CRM) and ensure it is upgraded as needed. Supervise and guide two team members to achieve sales and promotional targets. Foster strong relationships with international clients, providing excellent customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Exhibitions and Events: Manage international exhibitions, ensuring smooth coordination and successful participation. Work with clients to ensure effective event sponsorship and exhibition sales.

- Strong aptitude for building relationships and communicating with international clients.
