Position Summary
This role involves handling claims and supporting the team leader in daily operations, including managing productivity, conducting audits, coaching, and mentoring staff.
Functional Knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of the insurance market, basic insurance principles, and their application.
- Understanding of standard policy terms and market variations.
- Knowledge of Client SLA compliance, productivity, and quality requirements.
- Familiarity with FSA procedures and TCF initiatives.

- Assist the Team Leader in managing client relationships, ensuring team understanding of requirements, and meeting SLAs and KPIs.
