Known for our personalized, high-touch approach, we operate in major US markets such as New York, Washington D.C., Texas, and Miami. Our mission is to be the leading partner recruiters in the US, and we’re expanding our team in Limassol to support this vision.

We are seeking a skilled Legal Recruiter with expertise in the US legal market to join our dynamic Limassol-based team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely or hybrid from Limassol, collaborating with a focused, supportive, and ambitious group of professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding recruitment results for top US law firms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and place Associate and Partner-level candidates in leading US law firms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with law firm partners and lateral recruitment teams in the US.
  • Drive business development by securing new US-based clients and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Conduct high-level calls and virtual meetings with senior legal professionals, demonstrating professionalism and market expertise.
  • Collaborate with our global team to deliver strategic recruitment solutions and uphold Executive Hunt’s reputation.
What We’re Looking For:Essential:
  • Proven track record of placements at Associate and/or Partner level in top US law firms, or comparable high-level recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of the US legal market, with the ability to adapt to its nuances.
  • Fluency in English, with exceptional communication skills to engage senior US law firm partners.
Skills:
  • Confidence and gravitas to build relationships with senior legal professionals.
  • Strong business development skills to generate and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Comfort with remote or hybrid work, leveraging digital tools for global collaboration.
