We are a high-end print company based in Central London, trusted by some of the world's most iconic brands, to deliver premium large and small format print to the highest standard. We are looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed Digital Print Production Specialist to join our 16-person team. You'll be hands-on with small and large format print, running jobs from prepress to finishing, and working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines matter and quality is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate high-spec digital printers, RIP software, and finishing equipment (laminating, guillotining, wiro-binding, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy from file setup through to final output (bleeds, crops, imposition, minor artwork fixes)
  • Maintain quality control under tight deadlines
  • Liaise with colleagues and clients to ensure jobs run smoothly and on time
  • Support the team with hands-on production wherever needed

You Must Have

  • 2+ years experience in a fast-paced commercial print environment (this is essential, please don't apply if you don't have it)
  • Solid experience with both small and large-format print
  • High proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and good working knowledge of Creative Suite
  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Precision, pride, and a calm approach under pressure
