Within the group is a dedicated Group Risk & Healthcare division, working with employers to deliver intelligent, cost-effective benefits solutions focused on:

  • Life Insurance
  • Private Medical Insurance (PMI)
  • Pensions
  • Critical Illness Cover
  • Dental Plans

This is a technical, insurance-driven role, not a generic HR/employee benefits position. You'll be helping clients navigate the complexities of group risk and healthcare schemes so prior experience in this area, or in a relevant consultancy or provider role, is key.

The Role - What You'll Do:

  • Managing market reviews of group risk and healthcare policies
  • Liaising with clients to gather scheme details, eligibility changes, and updates
  • Approaching insurers for terms and updating internal systems
  • Analysing insurer responses and preparing Excel-based reports with recommendations
  • Delivering advice and updates to clients over the phone or in person
  • Processing insurer instructions and supporting form completions
  • Handling client queries across PMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plan & Dental policies
  • Issuing and reconciling annual accounts and invoices
  • Staying current on market developments and insurer propositions

About You:

  • Previous experience in group risk or healthcare insurance, ideally within a consultancy, broker, or provider
  • GR1 qualified or committed to achieving this as part of your professional development
  • Strong Excel and data-handling skills
  • A confident communicator, able to advise clients in a clear, professional manner
  • Organised, accurate, and happy working independently and as part of a team
