The Role:

As Credit Controller, youll be responsible for managing the credit control process end-to-end, ensuring timely collection of payments while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and reducing aged debt across key accounts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Raising and issuing accurate client invoices in line with service delivery
• Resolving queries in a professional and timely manner
• Monitoring, reconciling, and processing bank statements
• Producing and distributing aged debt and cash collection reports
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
