Pink Worm Recruitment is proud to be supporting an established and respected commercial insurance business in their search for an experienced Account Handler to join their expanding team in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and professional insurance handler who thrives on delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships, and working in a collaborative, people-focused environment.

As an Account Handler, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting the delivery of tailored commercial insurance solutions for a range of clients across different industries. Working closely with Account Executives, your focus will be on maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring compliance, and helping to provide bespoke advice that meets the needs of each customer.

This is a permanent, full-time, office-based position working within a welcoming and highly skilled team. The business has a longstanding local presence, known for its friendly culture, knowledge-sharing and commitment to quality.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for client queries — quickly, professionally, and effectively
  • Supporting the preparation, renewal and administration of policies
  • Liaising with insurers to negotiate favourable terms and tailored cover
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Supporting the team to deliver an outstanding client experience across the board

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in commercial insurance account handling
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products including Property, Liability, Motor and Cyber
  • Great interpersonal skills with a client-first, consultative mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A solid understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Confidence with systems such as Acturis (or similar) and a good grasp of insurance platforms

Bonus if you have:

  • ACII qualification (or are working toward it)
