Your Role

As a Sales Engineer, you\’ll drive growth in the industrial natural refrigeration and heat pump segment. You\’ll build strong partnerships with installers, consultants, and key end users, while advising on project designs, specifications, and calculations. Your work will include preparing compelling offers, managing subcontractor relationships, and developing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical project sales
• Expand partnerships with equipment installers
• Provide technical guidance to consultants and end users
• Collaborate with customers on facility design and specifications
• Initiate contact with subcontractors
• Calculate pricing and prepare quotations with follow-up

What We\’re Looking For

We\’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our sales team with:

• Proven sales experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or related industries involving technical project sales to industrial clients
• Expertise in sales project management
• Knowledge of the refrigeration industry (CO2 refrigerant experience is a bonus)
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Familiarity with digital tools such as LinkedIn, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A valid UK driving license
