Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership, and guidance supporting a large team.
- Oversee the work of engineers and technicians.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Work with vendors and contractors to cover all engineering and maintenance requirements.
- Develop the professional skills of their team.
- Manage budgets effectively and to target.
- Manage stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and background in automation engineering and maintenance.
- Experience in leading large multi-skilled engineering teams.
- Experience in stakeholder management and budget control.
- Experience in people leadership and development.
- Assist in ensuring that all relevant health and safety policies and guidelines are adhered to by maintenance teams whilst under their leadership.
- You must hold an Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Have an electrical qualification to HCN level or equivalent.
