Are you an experienced Support worker eager to advance your career by supporting our teams in making a meaningful impact? Join our team! Cartrefi Cymru provides support to people across Wales. We are looking for an Assistant Service Manager to join our team. You will work alongside the Service Manager to lead and support the team, providing personalised support to individuals and working with families, local authorities, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and will have completed QCF Level 2. Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding support are essential.
