Project Coordinator (Temperature Services) Location: Craigavon Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday (core hours 10.00 16.00) Salary: Competitive Business Unit: Clinical Services Open To: Internal and External Applicants Ref No.: HRJOB10329 The Role The post holder is responsible for the completion of all tasks associated with the successful delivery of contracted temperature services, including the day-to-day management of studies, ensuring Clinical Trial Supplies are safe to administer to patients. The Temperature Services Coordinator has direct contact with internal and external stakeholders, including frequent contact with clinical sites, answering queries on temperature related issues. What we are looking for Do you have a degree level qualification (or equivalent) OR significant Almac Clinical Services experience demonstrating project management within a customer facing role then we want to hear from you. This will be a customer facing role where you will act as the main customer contact for all temperature related services providing accurate updates and the ability to deliver upon strict customer & client deadlines. Candidates must have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK. Working Pattern This role will be based on a flexible working pattern. This means you can work between the core hours of 10.00 16.00 working 37.5 hours per week between Monday – Friday.
