An innovative and fast-scaling tech platform is hiring multiple Senior Analysts to join their expanding analytics team. Operating across both B2B SaaS and B2C Marketplace models, the business connects customers with service providers across multiple European markets and processes over 1 million bookings monthly.
As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a key role in using data to drive business decisions, working closely with product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders (including the CFO). You'll be uncovering insights that fuel product development, customer growth, and commercial strategy.
What you'll do:- Lead analytical deep-dives to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation
- Deliver clear, actionable insights that influence high-level business decisions
- Projects may include customer segmentation, cohort analysis, CLV modelling, pricing strategy, and product funnel performance
- Present findings to senior stakeholders and help define next steps
- Improve profitability and efficiency across user journeys - both customer and partner side
- SQL, Redshift, Looker
- Collaborative product-focused teams, embedded in a modern data stack
- Solid experience in analytics or data roles within a fast-paced tech or product environment
