I'm currently working with a top-tier US firm renowned for its global finance practice. They’re seeking to grow their London-based team with the addition of a talented Finance Lawyer.

The Opportunity

This role sits within a dynamic global finance team handling a broad range of high-quality, cross-border finance work. The team advises on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, representing lenders, borrowers, investors, collateral managers, rating agencies, and other key players across the financial ecosystem.

Practice Areas Covered Include:

• Aviation finance (a key focus area)
• Banking and finance
• Real estate finance
• Structured and debt finance
• Islamic finance
• Restructuring and insolvency
• LMA documentation
• Secured/unsecured financings
• Sale and leasebacks
• Operating/finance leases
• Trading/supply contracts
• Private equity-related deals
