Department Manager Fine Jewellery – Luxury Department Store in Knightsbridge

High Luxury Lifestyle House – 10 Months Fixed Term Contract with potential to become permanent.

Salary: up to £60,000 + Amazing benefits & Bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing service excellence and motivating the team in achieving sales targets.
Having an in-depth knowledge and appreciation for the brand and using these elements to share the legacy and vision with clients.
Analyse individual KPIs to support the sales team, under the guidance of the Store Manager, in order to achieve the objectives set.

Requirements:

Strong luxury background managing large teams.
Have an authentic approach with clients and demonstrate strong communication skills
A true leader, humble, eloquent, well spoken and an ambassador to the brand.
