Job Description

Integrated wealth manager is seeking a Business Process Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of data-driven insights and operational excellence across the business.

You will help to shape and deliver business solutions and data analytics strategy. You will lead a team of analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture that ensures projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.
Lead optimisation of business processes, working with front office teams to improve efficiency and manage risk.
Oversee relationships with system providers to maintain service levels.
Drive data analytics initiatives to support business growth and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, FCA, and cybersecurity policies.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in business change or front office operations within financial services, preferably private wealth.
Experience leading teams and managing strategic initiatives.
Strong knowledge of CRM, portfolio management, data visualisation, and risk monitoring systems.
