A global professional services firm (Big 4) is looking for a Senior Reward Manager to join its Workforce team — part of a dynamic, people-focused advisory practice supporting clients on complex workforce and reward challenges.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact, client-facing opportunity to work across a range of industries, helping organisations align their reward frameworks with business strategy. You’ll lead delivery across a wide portfolio of work, from job architecture and incentive design to pay benchmarking, performance management and value proposition development. You'll also be actively involved in business development, promoting the firm’s reward services and supporting growth initiatives across the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on reward strategy and design (UK and global scope)
  • Design pay structures, job architecture and incentive plans
  • Lead projects on benchmarking, modelling remuneration plans, and analytics
